MDI Hospital and is staffed with a highly-skilled, caring team of nurses. Working in the Hospital’s ER, ICU, Med Surg, surgical services, ambulatory surgery unit, and cardiac rehabilitation, our nurses have the training and autonomy to be a vital member of the care team. Nurses also work alongside primary care providers and specialists in our eight health centers.
A low patient ratio ensures that our nurses have the time to provide focused attention to each and every one of our patients.
By providing our nurses with the opportunity to develop and oversee nursing practice policy, we are ensuring they are able to bring their unique training and critical thinking skills to the patient care arena.
