Provides assessment and treatment for those experencing substance abuse and/or mental health issues. The program promotes relationship building and the opportunity to continue functioning in established roles with minimal disruption to work or family. Relapse prevention, stress reduction, and family connections are addressed.

Follow up support for clients who have succesfully completed MDI Behavioral Health Center's Intensive Outpatient Program, or another IOP program in the past six months.
