Symptomatic COVID-19 Testing
MDI Hospital and Health Centers offer symptomatic testing for COVID-19 by provider referral and appointment only. Anyone seeking testing should call their primary care provider’s office or our main line at 207-288-5081.

If you have had a positive COVID-19 test, contact your primary care provider’s office to discuss treatment options. If you do not have a primary care provider, please contact our main line at 207-288-5081.
Possible Symptoms
People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. If you have COVID-19 questions, please call MDI Hospital at 207-288-5081. If your need is emergent, call 911 or visit your local emergency room. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- New or increased congestion or runny nose
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
