Tricia, Health Center Nurse Manager, received the Patient-Center Care Award, her nomination saying, “Tricia’s work reflects a thoughtful focus on patient-centered care. She has introduced several community-focused initiatives, such as vaccine clinics, organizing Patient Portal sign-up sessions in our waiting rooms to improve patient uptake, and education for patients to access their health information and communicate with their care team.
