Wear Red for Heart Health

Today is National Wear Red Day!
Each year on February 7th, MDI Hospital proudly wears red to support heart health awareness. National Wear Red Day and American Heart Month spotlight the importance of preventing heart disease, a leading cause of death in the U.S. Want to take steps toward a healthier heart?
First, you should talk to your primary care provider about your heart health if you are concerned. Then, take steps in your every day life to better your heart health. Visit our Health Coaching page to connect with MDI Hospital Health Coaches and learn more about community education and exercise classes that could help: https://www.mdihospital.org/service-at…/health-coaching/
