Tiffany Benner, RN, BSN joined MDI Hospital in May of 2023 and currently serves as the Director of Inpatient Care, Integrated Care Team and Risk Manager. Prior to assuming this role, Tiffany earned her Bachelor Degree of Nursing from Rivier College (now Rivier University) and most recently, gained clinical experience in Critical Care; working in many clinical areas (Med-Surg, ICU, NICU, ED, etc.) throughout her career. Professionally, she has worked in leadership and supervisor roles for about half of her nursing career.

When speaking about her medical and healthcare related interests, Tiffany shared, “Patient safety and process improvement are two things I am very passionate about, they really go hand in hand when it comes to healthcare. I came to MDI because of my desire to be in a smaller health care setting where I can have a positive impact on change and service to our community members. I like working where I know my team, our patients and can see the support and care we provide in action.”
