MDI Hospital is offering a ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Course on Friday, April 9, 2021, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The course will take place at the Lisa Stewart Women’s Health Center in the Wolf Conference Center on the 2nd Floor at 330 Main Street, Bar Harbor.
The cost to register is $135 and includes exam book, training, test, and continental breakfast.
The ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Course is a complete solution that delivers consistent food safety training for food service employees.

- Cross-contamination & Allergens
- Time & Temperature
- Cleaning & Sanitation
