Mount Desert Island Hospital’s Anticoagulation Clinics at the Cooper Gilmore, Community and Trenton Health Centers provide education, blood testing and dosage instructions with the goal of helping patients on anticoagulants understand and manage their medication. The Anticoagulation staff works closely with your primary care provider at MDI Hospital to ensure that our program is tailored to meet each individual’s needs.
