An advance directive is an important medical document that helps your family and medical professionals know your wishes if you become unable to communicate them. The MDI Hospital Palliative Care Advisory Committee has prepared a video featuring Cookie Horner, RN to help guide you through the advance directives process. Horner is retired registered nurse, a longtime hospice volunteer and a member of MDI Hospital’s palliative care and ethics committees.
